Please Join us on February 20th for an interactive session on the challenges of managing inventory in a highly dynamic global environment!

While the objectives of all inventory management are essentially the same:

    • Minimize Inventory Investment
    • Maximize Manufacturing Efficiency
    • Meet/Exceed Customer Service Targets

Approaches to these objectives can vary widely based on product types, domestic/global locations, tax/tariff impacts, and other dynamic conditions.  Dealing with these widely (and wildly) varying conditions requires management from highly skilled and experienced professionals.  Professionals such as our panelists.

Kristi Jackson, CPIM, is Global Supply Chain Manager for Allison Transmission, Inc.  She has worked for over 15 years in myriad roles including industrial engineer, production supervisor, parts distribution center supervisor,  and more recently India Planner, Military Supply Chain Manager, Sales Support Manager, and her current role, where she leads a team of 12 and the monthly SOP process.

Mrs. Jackson has a Master in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.

Andrew Ingham is a Supply Chain professional with over 20 years of experience with Cummins, Inc. in Materials, Purchasing and Quality. He is fully Black Belt trained in Six Sigma delivering demonstrated savings in the supply chain and is the current Materials Director for Cummins Fuel Systems in Columbus, Indiana.

Mr. Ingham owns a Master in Business Administration as well as a First degree in Business. A native of the UK, he was a member of the Institute of Operations Management and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in the UK.

Mike Coyne, Supply Chain and Logistics Program Manager, has over 12 years of teaching in a university setting and over 25 years working in various positions within the automotive sector. The subjects that he has taught include, business, marketing, human resources, project management, supply chain and logistics and much more.  Originally from Michigan, Mike and his family moved to Indiana to teach for Vincennes University main campus in Vincennes.  Mike transferred to the Plainfield campus just over a year ago and has since moved into the area.
