Please Join us on February 20th for an interactive session on the challenges of managing inventory in a highly dynamic global environment!

While the objectives of all inventory management are essentially the same:

    • Minimize Inventory Investment
    • Maximize Manufacturing Efficiency
    • Meet/Exceed Customer Service Targets

Approaches to these objectives can vary widely based on product types, domestic/global locations, tax/tariff impacts, and other dynamic conditions.  Dealing with these widely (and wildly) varying conditions requires management from highly skilled and experienced professionals.  Professionals such as our panelists.
